My Woods Adventure

A few days ago my older sister Ashley and her boyfriend Josh took me on a walk, through Grammy's woods. I have been on walks back there before and it is really fun. I love going on walks. We did not go right on the trail because it was really muddy. Josh carried me on his shoulders as we walked through the woods. I told Ashley I wanted to go in the water, but she said no because it would be cold, even though it was warm outside. She told me it has to be warm like Florida to go in the water. As we walked, we found some pretty yellow flowers growing. We decided to pick them on our way back, so I could give them to Mommy. There were three geese in the water so I waved and said hi to them. They did not talk back this time. I was holding both Ashley and Josh's hands now while I walked, since we were now on the trail. They counted to three and swung me up in the air. I love when they do that. It is so much fun. After a couple more times, I did a backflip when they swung me. It was so cool. We got to the part were a stream passes through the trail. We climbed down the bank onto a lot of rocks. Ashley stepped onto a log and had Josh hand me to her. She set me down and held my hands. We began to walk across the log to get to the other side. I was doing really good. We were almost across when I slipped. I fell in on my side, and Ashley went in too, but she only got her legs in the water. It was so cold!. I was shivering. They quickly took off my shirt and shorts, since it was all wet. Josh took off his long sleeve shirt, since he had a short-sleeve one under it, and put it on me. They shirt help to get me all warm. Ashley carried me and rubbed my back to warm me up. She joked and said I got to go swimming like I wanted. I said no it is so cold. We continued our walk up to what we call "The Bat Cave". It is a cave back in the woods. I went inside, but fell and hurt my butt. Ashley carried me back down the big hill and we headed back to Grammy's house. We stopped and picked the flowers that we had seen earlier for Mommy. That walk was sure an adventure. I had so much fun, even though I did fall in the water. I can't wait to go on another walk.

My Broken Bone

About two years ago I broke my collarbone. I was sleeping up in the big bed at my grandparent' house one night. All of a sudden near my shoulder hurt real bad. I had fallen off of the bed while I was sleeping. I had to be taken to the hospital. Mommy held me the whole way there, while Gramps drove. Grammy came also came with us. I hurt really bad. I cried a lot, and I am a tough guy. We had to waiting in a room for a while before the lady called us back, for the doctor. They took something that is called an x-ray of my bones. The lady told me to smile cause they were taking my picture. So I smiled. She thought it was funny. I don't know why though, since she told me to smile. The doctor came in and told us that my collarbone was broken. I got a brace put on my shoulders. It was suppose to hold them still. I guess that is so the bone could get better. He told my mom and me I couldn't do a lot of running and jumping while it was broken. I didn't like that, since I love to run around and wrestle with my brothers. I came home and went to sleep. In the morning all my brothers and sister came to see if I was alright. They gave me lots of attention, since I was hurt. I liked that they played with me and watched my movies with me more. I had a lot of trouble sleeping. I had to sleep on my back. Whenever I rolled on my right side, I woke up and cried because it hurt. I didn't get much sleep for a while, since it hurt me. I will definitely will be more carefully next time, since breaking your collarbone is not fun at all. Now when I sleep in a big bed, they put pillows on the edge of the bed.

Fun holidays

You want to know what one of the coolest holidays is? Well do ya? Well it is Halloween. You get to dress up in costumes and get CANDY! How cool is that. You can be whatever you want too. This past Halloween was my first time trick-or-treating. I walked up to people's houses and said, "Trick or treat" and then they gave me candy. I love candy. It make my tummy say Mmm. I dressed up like a pirate. I even got to hold a sword. It was really fun. All my family dressed up with me to take me trick or treating. Mommy and Daddy were pirates like me. Collin and his girlfriend Kasee were Pebbles and Bam-Bam. Ashley, Dillon, and her boyfriend Josh were Daphne, Fred, and Shaggy from scooby-doo. They wanted me to be Scooby, but I wanted to be a pirate instead. It was fun that everyone dressed up with me. I got a whole bag full of candy. I got to eat some that night, but my mom took the rest of it for later. Next year I think I will be Peter pan.

The other holiday that is probably the best holiday ever is Christmas. I get to open lots and lots of presents. I go and get a picture with Santa and tell him what I want for Christmas and he brings it to me while I m sleeping. I am a good boy, so I do not get coal. I also sing Happy Birthday to Jesus because Christmas is the day Jesus was born. I got a lot of cool things for Christmas. I got a new pirate ship and knight castle. They were my favorite gifts. We got a huge christmas tree. I got to help decorate it. It was really fun and the tree looked so nice. I love Christmas!

My Buddy

One of my buddies is my cousin Thomas. He is seven years old. I'm three years younger, but we still get along great. We are both crazy and like to run around and have lots of fun. He was brown eyes and blonde hair just like me. He has a big brother too. His name is Noah. I like him too, but I get along better with Thomas. When we hangout, I never want him to leave. It doesn't matter whose house we are at, we always find stuff to do. I like watching Scooby Doo with him, when mommy wants us to settle down. when it is warm outside we will play golf with Gramps' golf clubs, go swimming in the pool, and jump on the trampoline too. Sometimes we pretend sticks are swords and we have sword fights with them. I win sometimes, but we always do many rounds. Thomas will play knights with me in my knight castle. It's really cool and big, so it's very fun. We play sports together too. When we were at Florida together we played mini golf alot and we played shuffleboard too. We both like soccer and basketball, but he likes lacrosse and I like baseball. We are different in some ways. Like he has curly hair and mine is straight. Thomas can always make me laugh. He is really funny. He tells me jokes and sometimes just says funny things. Sometimes we get into trouble or cause trouble, but its so fun. Thomas is my best guy friend. Daisy is my best girl friend. I will talk more about her later though. His favorite color is green. Red is my color. My favorite thing to do with Thomas is wrestle. It is so much fun. Sometimes one of us gets hurt, but then we are fine because we are tough. I like it even more when Dillon comes too because then me and Thomas are on a team and tackle him. Thomas is my favorite cousin. You would like him too. I love him. He is my bestest buddy.

Vacation!!

Hey everybody, guess where I am. I'm in Florida! It's real warm down here. The water is light blue and clear, not like Ocean City at home. There are also these big trees called palm trees that have coconuts on it. The place we are staying at is called the Marriott, I thought it was called Florida, but that is the state. The sun is out and I get to swim in the pool. My siblings and cousins are here too, but I get to stay an extra week ha ha. We got here two days ago. I went swimming in the pool today all by myself. I don't need floats anymore. I did some cannonballs and swam around with my cousins Noah and Thomas. I didn't get in the hot tub because it is too hot. Then we all went lizard hunting. Noah caught four and Dillon caught one too.We also went for a walk on the beach. I ran to the waves then ran away when it came at me. It didn't get me until i tripped, then i got all wet and sandy. I don't like being dirty, so we had to go up stairs so I could change my pants. I did a lot today, so I had to come up and take a rest. I watched my Scooby-Doo movie. Mommy took lots of pictures of me and everyone else too. I played some mini-golf and shuffle board. I won; I always win games. I get to stay up later while we are here, since it's vacation. That is so cool. We walked over to the sailfish, which is a boat and food place. I got to feed the fish with bread. I almost held a parrot, but his claws hurt me so I had the guy take it back. There were different tables out with crafts that the people made on them. I got a red dragon night-light, since red is my color. I had lots of fun. I got real tired going back though, so Ashley had to carry me home. Well I'm going to bed now, so I can have energy for a fun day tomorrow.

Science Center :)

My family took me to the science center once. If you have never been then you need to go. It's so awesome. I dug up  dinosaur bones and got to play in their footprints. There were lots of bones there and a huge t-rex and longneck there. The t-rex was bad because it was biting the longneck's tail.  The people that worked there did an experiment for us. They made fire from a balloon and it popped real loud. I had to cover my ears. I also made slime that glows under a black-light. It was so cool. There was a bed of nails there. At first, I was scared to try it. I did do it after my brothers went first, since I saw it wouldn't hurt. They have so many fun things there. I pulled myself up on this seat all by myself. I played tug-a-war with Collin and Dillon. I won, Cause I have muscles. there was also this thing you put a penny in and turn a wheel, then it comes out with a picture on it. I got one with a telescope. There was a giant bubble maker. There was a space part too. I built a spaceship with Dillon and played with it. Then we took a picture of us on the moon, but we didn't go to the moon. It was not real. I used big legos to built a big tower then I knocked it down. I got to see what my finger looks like too. I put it on a pad and it showed up on the computer. It was all swirly. Then we watched a movie in 3-D. It was about the ocean and there were dolphins and sharks in it. There was also a fun kid section that I got to go play in. Mommy took lots of pictures of me and everything I did. I had such a fun day. I want to go back soon.

What's Wrong?

Something's wrong. I know it is. I can see their faces when something's wrong. Since I'm only four they don't think I can see when they are sad. All I know is my mommy's belly hurts. I have to be careful when I climb up on her. She goes away for a long time and Grammy comes to live in my house. I'm told she's with the doctors at the hospital. I think the doctors are bad. They keep my mommy away from me. But Ashley and Grammy say the doctors are making her all better. I pray to Jesus and ask, "Make mommy better RIGHT NOW! please." Once I even said I'd give him all my weapons. I love weapons, so that is a big deal. I almost never go a day without playing with my weapons. I get so happy when mommy comes home. I ask her, "You stay with me?" She tells me yes. But she has gone away three times now. I like to stay with my mommy as much as possible.  don't like being away from her. I feel like if I leave her she will disappear. Whenever I ask her if she is all better, she says not yet, but she will be. I don't know what cancer is, but I know its bad. I've been told that the bad cancer hurts mommy. I hate it. I'm gonna hit it and cut it with my sword. Most days when I go to school my sister sleeps in mommy's bed, so she can get me ready for school. She tells me that mommy needs to sleep because she is really tired. I miss my mommy though. Sometimes I give Ashley a hard time in the morning because I want my mom. Soon we are going to Florida. Mommy said we are going to get to swim in the pool and spend lots of time together. I want to go right now. I get my mom all to myself. Well it's way past my bed time. I need to go to sleep now. Goodnight.

I got 5 more minutes. This is my mommy. I love her and no one else, but then mommy says I need to love everyone. Her belly hurt here, but we are going to a wedding, so we were all dressed up. I looked so cute.
